We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
The Service offers both free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Individual collections may also be purchased separately for one-time lifetime access. Lifetime access means you retain access to the purchased collection content for as long as the Service is operational.
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle and will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
All video content, instructional material, graphics, logos, and related assets available on the platform are the exclusive property of KAGEMUSHA BJJ ONLINE and its content creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent. Screen recording, mirroring to unauthorized devices, or sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfere with the platform's operation, or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new memberships. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. One-time collection purchases are non-refundable after 14 days, unless the content is materially different from what was described.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a contact sport that carries inherent risks of injury. The instructional content provided is for educational purposes only. You assume all risks associated with practicing techniques shown in our videos. Consult a qualified instructor before attempting any technique.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
